Welcome to Wilton Project 2014!

What is Project 2014?

The Wilton Class Projects have been sponsored by the Wilton Youth Council since 1987.  Class Projects provide drug and alcohol-free social or educational events for the parents and teens of each individual class.  They offer an opportunity for parents to meet, network and support one another in dealing effectively with adolescent issues.  The events also serve as fundraisers for the class.  Over the next 5 years, many events will be scheduled, culminating with the all-night Post Graduation party.  The events are open to all members of the class regardless of the school they attend.  Parents involvement is essential.

What Is Our Mission?

The mission of Project 2014 is to provide safe, fun activities for both the students of the class of 2014 as well as their parents.  Over the next 3 and a half years we, the parents of the class of 2014, will plan class get togethers for students and parents of the class.   In the process of doing this, we will raise funds to provide a Post Graduation Party.  Project 2014 is not just about PGP but about all of the activities which lead up to the event.  Our activities, events, fundraising do not have to be like any other class.  This is what we make it.

YOU ARE AN IMPORTANT PART OF OUR SUCCESS:

The primary way you can make a donation is through your involvement.  We welcome any and all help you can give us!  There are opportunities to lead committees, be a helper or chaperone or just come and meet the parents of your kids’ classmates at one of our get togethers.

Help us get started...

The Wilton Youth Council provides each class with a modest amount of money to get things rolling but we depend solely on you and our fundraising efforts to keep ourselves funded.  WYC suggests that each family make a $15 tax deductible contribution to Project 2014.  Your donation can be as little or as much as you like and can be sent to Kyle Lauricella at 4 Weeburn Lane. Checks should be made out to "Project 2014."

Please support Project 2014 anytime by purchasing our merchandise and participating in our programs.
